First of all, please ensure that you have entered the certificate type and number correctly. If you are still receiving an error despite the information being correct, there may be a system synchronisation delay. Please submit a support request regarding this issue via our Support page.
When scanned with a mobile device, the QR code on your certificate will direct you straight to the official verification page you are currently on. Once you have accessed the page, you can perform the query by entering the barcode number on the certificate into the relevant fields.
